Jon Muench, as a financial professional and an active member of the community, is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals build their financial futures.  He is responsible for helping trustees and decision-makers determine which retirement plan features are most appropriate for them and their employees, monitoring and evaluating their plan investments, educating plan participants, and finding cost-effective, state-of-the-art retirement program solutions.  Jon works with small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Northwest, staying on top of the retirement plan industry and further developing his professional skills by regularly attending training and certification programs.

Jon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Simpson College of Iowa in 1989. He has over 20 years of experience as a retirement plan professional with a distinguished track record of performance at both Principal Financial Group and Standard Insurance Company. Jon's education, experience and professional affiliations have fostered a practical, ethical, and meaningful approach to offering financial services and insight to clients. Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to him. Jon is regularly involved in his church and the community of West Seattle where he, his wife Terri, and their son Henry reside. He enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid sports fan.


Lynette Filler joined DiMartino Associates, Inc. in 2006, bringing with her strong experience supporting retirement plan clients and advisors.  She has over 29 years of employee benefit experience – 21 years exclusively in retirement plan services – and understands how each part of a successful plan functions on a very deep level.  She believes that your work is going to fill a considerable part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you think is great work.  Above building profit, acquiring and retaining good customers must be every company's primary goal.

Lynette is responsible for preparing proposals for sales presentations and investment review booklets for clients.  She also regularly creates investment comparisons and total cost analysis reports as well as unique customer service and proposal assignments in order to obtain, process, submit, and retain business.

Her passions away from work include attending performing arts venues, traveling and hiking.  She loves spending time with her family.
